Account [which can be found on pp 33-70] contains details of payments from the estates from 1812 to 1814, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, repairs, and sundries such as a donation to the widows of Worlaby Hospital, and draining woodland; these are also arranged by individual estate [including Bawtry, with Martin and Scaftworth].
An abstract of the payments from the estates collected, arranged by individual estate, is available on p 56.
Also available [from p 57] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example on plantation fences; an account of keepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Stables; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as the purchase of pots; an account of gratuities; an account of the expenses of the Clumber establishment, including those for fruit, nuts, and malt; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, for leather, stone and lime, for example.
The account includes details of expenditure relating to East Markham Enclosure [p 61], and Haughton Park [p 68].
The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 69-70; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1813 and indicates that the balance was £33,371.11.8 1/2.
