Account [which can be found on pp 99-164] contains a detailed record of payments from the estates from 1 June 1848 to 1 June 1849, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, repairs, tithes, and sundries such as payments to Worlaby hospital; these are also arranged by individual estate.

Also available [from p 126] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example for cement and nails; an account of gamekeepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens and Pleasureground, such as payment for labour, and the purchase of netting and fruit trees; an account of gratuities; record of the purchase of coal and timber; and finally an account of other miscellaneous payments, for rabbits and game, for example.
There is a substantial account of money received from, and spent on, timber and Spring woods [pp 137-143].
There are details of the expenditure relating to Haughton and Hardwick farms [Hardwick Grange?] [p 150].
The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 155-156; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1848/1849 and indicates that the balance was £41,744.19.10.
