Account [which can be found on pp 37-75] contains details of payments from the estates from 1808 to 1810, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, wood, repairs, and sundries such as salary for killing moles and collecting cows into Nottingham Park; these are also arranged by individual estate.

The account includes separate details of expenditure relating to Gamston Enclosure [p 57], West Markham and Milton Enclosure [p 58], and Haughton Park [p 58].
Also available [from p 59] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example of plantation fences; an account of keepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Stables; expenses relating to Clumber Garden and Pleasureground, such as the purchase of ale, and of frames for stove flues; an account of gratuities; an account of the expenses of the Clumber establishment, including those for meat, groceries, flour, fruit, malt and mercers; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, for example for burning charcoal, the engraving of plate, and for donation to the poor.
The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 74-75; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1809 and indicates that the balance was £27,269.0.1/4.
