Account also includes details of payments from the estates from 23 September 1823 to 25 September 1824, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, repairs, and sundries such as cutting drains; these are also arranged by individual estate [including Normanton].

There are details of occasional payments and expenses; of particular note, mention of the building of a new church at 'West Markham' [Markham Clinton] can be found on pp 47-49.
Also of interest, on p 49 of the account, there is record of money advanced on account of the building of an incorporated workhouse at Upton.
From p 50, a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate is available, including: repair expenses, for example for cement and nails; an account of gamekeepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as payment for labour, and purchase of apples; record of the purchase of coals and timber; details of planting expenses; an account of gratuities; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, such as for stationery bills, for example.
The account includes details of expenditure relating to Egmanton, and Walesby and Willoughby Enclosures [pp 66-67], and to Haughton and Hardwick Farms [Hardwick Grange?] [p 65].
The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 70-71; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1823/1824 and indicates that the balance was £33,172.8.7 1/2.
