Account also includes details of payments from the estates from 22 September 1822 to 23 September 1823, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, repairs, and sundries such as taking down the greenhouse and shed; these are also arranged by individual estate.

Also available [from p 47] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example for ropes and twine; an account of gamekeepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as payment for labour, and purchase of apples; record of the purchase of coals and timber; details of planting expenses; an account of gratuities; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, such as those for stamps and travel, for example.

The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 68-69; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1822/1823 and indicates that the balance was £29,654.0.8 1/2.
