There are details of payments from the estates from 4 September 1821 to 22 September 1822, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, repairs, and sundries such as cutting drains, and valuations; these are also arranged by individual estate [including Normanton, which appears with Elkesley].
An abstract of the payments from the estates collected, arranged by individual estate, is available on p 41.
Also available [from p 44] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example for nails and cement; an account of gamekeepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as payment for labour, and purchase of apples; record of the purchase of timber; an account of gratuities; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, such as carriage of goods, for example.

The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 60-61; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1821/1822 and indicates that the balance was £28,240.15.2.
