Also available [from p 53] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example for painting, plumbing and glazing; an account of gamekeepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as sweeping of flues; an account of gratuities; details concerning Hardwick Farm [Grange?]; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, such as that to Worlaby hospital, for example.
The annual balance sheet can be found on p 64; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1820 and indicates that the balance was £35,486.17.1.
