Account [which can be found on pp 33-64] contains details of payments from the estates from 1816 to 1818, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, repairs, and sundries such as cutting drains, and the entertainment of tenants; these are also arranged by individual estate.

Also available [from p 52] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example for plumbing; an account of gamekeepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as the purchase of plants and wooden rakes; an account of gratuities; details concerning Hardwick Farm [Grange] [p 62]; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, for the carriage of parcels and assessments for drainage, for example.
The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 63-64; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1818 and indicates that the balance was £39,152.18.3 1/2.
