Account [which can be found on pp 34-66] contains details of payments from the estates from 1815 to 1816, for taxes such as income tax and land tax, tithes, repairs, and sundries such as gate ironwork, and work in the woods; these are also arranged by individual estate.

Also available [from p 55] is a summary of payments from the central Clumber Estate [Clumber Park], including: repair expenses, for example on plantation fences; an account of keepers' wages and allowances; expenses relating to Clumber Gardens, such as the purchase of potatoes; an account of gratuities; and finally an account of miscellaneous payments, for carriage of bricks and for stationery supplies, for example.
The annual balance sheet can be found on pp 65-66; this provides an abstract of the receipts and payments for 1816 and indicates that the balance was £28,718.15.8.
