Content Description | Roland Revell, gent., gives to Thomas, Prior of the house of Lenton, Thomas Sutton, knight, Humfrey Hercy, esquire, Nicholas Styrley [Strelley] of Linby, esquire, Edmund Sanford, and Roger Grenehall, esquire, all his manor of Algarthorp next to Basforth [Basford], and all his premises in Basforth, Oxton, Epperstone, Hoveringham, Calverton, Ratcyffe [Radcliffe-on-Trent], Lamcote, Adbolton and Briggeforth ad finem ponti [West Bridgford], and the advowson of Adbolton parish church, and the office of Bailiff of the Honour of Peverel. Also appoints Leonard Whitworth and Henry Chetill as attorneys to give seisin.
Terms: to be held by them to the uses of his last will and testament, to be held of the chief lords of the fee, rendering services thence due.
