Comments on Ada's [Ada Lawrence] invitation for Louie to stay; hopes to see her in Quorn, though he will have to consult his mother [Lydia Lawrence]; is looking forward to the Christmas break at the end of term; gives details of the recent B.Sc. results and mentions several of the failed candidates, including T.A. Smith, Preston and Morrison; asks her to write; signed 'D.H.L.'
