Robert Reid]; speculates about arrangements for his forthcoming visit to Eastwood; has painted a little 'Idyll' for her and a larger version for Louie [Burrows]; complains about his ill health, and lack of understanding from Louie; requests news on various family members including their father and 'baby' [Margaret King]; complains that Jessie [Chambers] and Aunt Ada don't write to him anymore; send regards to Eddie and Flossie, and love to 'the kindchen' and Emily and Sam [Taylor King] Includes a black edged envelope (La Av 1/1/67/2) addressed to Miss L.A. Lawrence, Bromley House, Queen's Square, Eastwood, Notts; bears two green half penny stamps postmarked in Croydon at 9pm 27 Mar. 1911; the verso also bears a postmark in Eastwood Nottingham dated 28 Mar. 1911; envelope contains pencil calculations.
