Content DescriptionThanks him for sending the Nottingham paper, so she could read about the bridge [Gunthorpe Bridge was opened by the Prince of Wales in 1927]. Describes her day out in Cairo, including meeting the Bishop of Khartoum, shopping and meeting Sir Reginald Patterson, Financial Advisor to the Egyptian Government, at a tea party. Is going to stay in Gazera [possibly Gezira?] which is more comfortable than noisy Cairo. Hopes to do more photography and sightseeing during this stay than she did last time.
