Content DescriptionInforms him that they left Cairo, and caught the boat at Assiut. Describes their jouney down the Nile, including a visit to the tombs at the Temple of Isis. Describes her fellow travellers onboard the boat. Gives details of their itinerary including travelling to Luxor, then Assouau, Wadi Halfa [Sudan], and maybe onto Khartoum [Sudan]. Would like to go to see the Victoria Falls, but thinks it is too hot.

Ga 2 E 1289/2 is an envelope postmarked Luqsor 14 Feb. 08. With Egyptian stamp.
