Content Description
Addresses her 'Dear Catherine'; is 'thankful to say Lorenzo is better'; 'in Paris he got worse again after a winter on the Riviere'; encourages Carswell to go and see L's pictures at the Warren Gallery and adds that the Mandrake Press are bringing out a 'nice book with his paintings'; they will soon look for a house either near Massa Carrara or Garda; the sun is 'quite an extra special one' and it is an amazing place for sea and air though the human element is a 'dudd'; signed 'Frieda'.

Written in dark ink on both sides of a single folio of blue unlined paper; dimensions are 270 x 210 mm; one horizontal and one vertical fold in the paper; 10.5 cms tear along one fold.
