Content DescriptionReports regarding the late appeal of Prince Charles of Rumania to the Queen, that the Emperor will not comply with his wishes and that the Prince must not expect Rumanian affairs to be brought before the London conference; however, Prince Gorchakov has told the Prussian minister that if the King of Prussia, as head of the Hohenzollern family, has any suggestions for improving Prince Charles of Rumania's relations with his subjects, the Russian Government would be willing to consider them.
