Content DescriptionReveals the capture of the Gibraltan vessel 'Heron' has been declared unlawful by the Court of Valencia as it has been proved she was more that 20 miles from the coast; explains the procurator fiscal may appeal against this decision in the hope that a 'not proven' verdict will be delivered, which would remove the blame from her captors; discusses the 'Iluro', the Spanish vessel which captured the 'Heron' and reveals it is the second time in six months she has 'outraged a foreign flag'; reveals the British Government has asked the Spanish Minister of Finance to ensure the Captain of the 'Iluro' is punished accordingly; refers to a conversation with Marshal O'Donnell regarding the matter.
