Content DescriptionConcerns the Ultimatum submitted by Spain to the Moroccan Government; reveals the Spanish Government has added an additional demand for an increase in territory around Ceuta in order to safeguard it from attacks by the Moors; explains Calderón Collantes has been informed in writing that the Spanish Government should not make this additional claim; explains the British Government cannot advise Morocco to accept these new demands as they have already advised them to accept the original Ultimatum; reveals Calderón Collantes will not withdraw the demand; reveals that although the Moroccan Government has accepted the original Ultimatum, the Spanish Government still demands an extension of the Ceutan territory.
