Reveals the Baptist Missionary Society have been forced to leave the island of Fernando Po; discusses their claim for compensation against the Spanish Government; explains the Spanish Government had agreed to pay £493 to the Society but as this amount had subsequently been increased, the original payment had been withheld; explains the Society should negotiate a settlement with the Spanish Minister in London.
