Content DescriptionReports that General O'Donnell has not yet found a Foreign Minister; discusses the composition of the new government; the issue of dissolving the Cortes and revising the electoral lists was the immediate cause of the resignation of the previous ministry; this issue is being debated in the press; two council meetings failed to reach a decision on this; Mr Ist£riz then resigned, saying that the services of the Monarchy required a younger and more energetic person than himself; the electoral lists have been tampered with under the administration of General Navarez; names of members of the liberal party have disappeared from the list, including Mr Antonio Gons lez, former Minister to Great Britain; it is likely that various liberal measures will be adopted by the new government; many rumours are circulating about this.
