Content DescriptionReports that there have been no events of political importance lately; the press are increasingly hostile to General O'Donnell; the Government has not weeded out corrupt officials; in Catalonia, the General Dulce has been unable to re-establish civil authority; the Moderato Party at Barcelona are dissatisfied with the manner in which the electoral lists have been revised there, but it is unreasonable to connect their discontent with those of factory workers who are striking for higher wages, as these may be republicans and socialists.
