Content Description	Reports that Señor Ist£riz is hesitant about accepting the Mission to London on account of Earl of Malmesbury's speech in the House of Commons; Ist£riz has been heard to say that he knows Britain too well to expect any satisfactory explanation of this, and that his position in the event of failure would be disagreeable, in view of his alleged partiality to English habits and opinions; he therefore hopes that Spanish pretensions on this subject will be modified.
