Content Description	Reports that he had discussed the freedom of the navigation of the Straits of Gibraltar and new Spanish territory around Ceuta with O'Donnell; states he had received assurances from O'Donnell that navigation of the straits would remain open; informs him he had notified Drummond-Hay of his discussion with O'Donnell; reports that he and Mr Edwardes had seen Calderon Collantes and discussed the new Spanish territory in Morocco with particular reference to coastal regions; states that he had informed Collantes that the British Government would send an official note clarifying points discussed.
