Content Description	Reports a conversation with Calderon Collantes which contradicted a previous discussion with O'Donnell about Spanish territorial ambitions around Ceuta; informs him that the outcome would depend upon the Moroccan government's ability to guarantee the safety of Ceuta as it had Melilla in an agreement between Blanco and Khateeb; comments on the difficulties of the new Sultan and states he would send a copy of this despatch to Drummond-Hay.
