Content Description	Forwards Drummond-Hay's despatch reporting the capture by the Governor of Peñon of a vessel belonging to the chief of the Beni Said Tribe which had been issued with a pass at Tangier; informs him that O'Donnell and Calderon Collantes assured him that the vessel had been taken to assure the safety of Spanish prisoners and had been taken to Malaga.
