Content Description	States that he is anxious to learn his [Clarendon's] opinion on the general treaty; he thinks it is the only way to protect the Sound; informs him the French and Prussian ministers have offended the Minister for the Hanse Towns; states that the Prussian plan is too complex to work easily; relates the view of de Bluhme on the possibly of opening the Sound to all flags; reports that General Orholm has poor relations with de Scheele and is personally disliked by Countess Danner; states that Orholm will not return to London.
