Content DescriptionRelays news on behalf of Lord Westmorland; the hostile votes of the second chamber on both internal and external affairs were over and the chamber had been dissolved; there was talk of the retirement of Count Arnim but nothing was settled; thinks an extension to the franchise would be helpful; hoped the Russian Government would support the Frankfurt Government; had also received news that the King of Hanover had dissolved his chambers; the King of Württemberg was a 'melancholy example of weakness' who gave in to the demands of his ministers and would be willing to accept the German Constitution.
