Informs him that he had received a telegram from Mr Lister, after he had written to Georgiana, saying that Paris and Vienna were disposed of and offering him Berlin as Lowther would be willing to change places; reports that he had turned down the offer and feels that Lord Clarendon should have remembered how he felt about Berlin; encloses a photograph [not present] of himself taken in Constantinople; reports that he had visited General Kotzebue.
