Content DescriptionGives account of the success of his most recent ball attended by Prince Alfred; comments there is little political news; Bismarck has not stated his demands to Austria so the Treaty of Commerce is on hold; comments him that Bismarck is preventing the progress of the Treaty; informs him although Morier has gout the rest of the legation is well; relates cryptic message from Wyndham relating to Lady Buchanan's 'plate.'
