Content Description	The Austrian proposal had been badly received as it put Prussia into the background; even the liberal papers expressed disapproval; Prussia would be forced to make a counter proposal which would have to be Liberal so Bismarck would be removed; Lord Bloomfield had received the Queen's orders to go to Coburg but is unsure of the reason for this.
