Content Description	Thanks him for the drafts of his despatches; Austria and Prussia will both take the agreements of 1851-2 as the starting point for negotiations; they used these agreements for an excuse to invade Schleswig; comments that an administrative union of Schleswig and Holstein cannot be ruled out; Quaade may also have agreed to this; states that the case of Holland and Luxemburg is not helpful in attempting to solve the Danish problem.
