Content DescriptionComments that nothing can prevent war if the Prussians and Austrians are determined; a coup d'etat may have sounded agreeable to German ears but that was not true in Denmark; states that it is impossible to bring in new electoral procedures in 15 days; if a general election was forced, the Danes would not be able to comply with the terms; asks why Bismarck did not inform Wodehouse that a new Rigsraad could be formed; would Austria and Prussia be appeased if steps were taken towards forming a new Rigsraad; was fed up with the Prince of Augustenburg, who was creating trouble, despite having taken an oath not to dispute the succession to the Danish monarchy.
