Content Description	States that the Danish Government had to consent to the budget, due to the national debt; if the Holstein states should refuse to contribute, the Danish Government should be allowed to force them to do so; the Danish Government's despatch to Quaade stated that any administration of Holstein couldn't be undertaken without the financial means of doing so; encloses a copy of a despatch which he sent to Lord Russell [not present]; asks him to forward any news arriving from Frankfurt.
