Content DescriptionReports that the Austrian Government are objecting to the English proposals on Poland; hopes a compromise can be found; is due to see Rechberg and will send a despatch home by Mr Ball; the Duke of Coburg is keen to make Austria the head of Germany; is sorry to learn that he is encountering problems with the Foreign Office over the chapel in Berlin; notes that the Foreign Office has had problems with chaplains in the past; suggests he tries to get support from the Princess Royal [Victoria].
