Content DescriptionForwards a parcel addressed to the Fiscal of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice at Madrid, relating to Francisco Rodríguez; asks him to keep it until the arrival of Mr Farier's despatch; he will receive a memo on the Tarifa shots alluded to in Mr Collantes note; no trace could be found in London of a proposal of a mixed commission in ---- case; Bulwer had suggested this in a despatch but withdrew his suggestion as the facts of the case were quite clear.
