States that he will deliver his letter to Rev. A. D'Orsey; comments on the indifference of both the Bishop of London and the Bishop of Gibraltar to the mission of D'Orsey in the region; fears that he is imprudent; encloses a copy of a letter sent to D'Orsey, which he thinks was disregarded; points out that the Catalan people think the English clergy to be intolerant and bigoted; discusses religious toleration; has Church of England prayers read out at the consulate every Sunday and holiday.
