Content Description	Printed forms signed by churchwardens, signifying their willingness to perform office for the following year. Declarations are arranged by deanery, and within that, alphabetically by parish. Declarations from 1914 onwards are for the modern Archdeaconry of Nottingham, comprising only the southern part of the county of Nottingham.
