Admin HistoryThe management of the University’s land and buildings originally came under the control of the Bursar’s Office until a separate Estates Office was subsequently created. The Estates Office now falls within the Finance infrastructure of the University.
Custodial HistoryThese photographs have been added to the collections at Manuscripts and Special Collections between the 1980s and 2017.
DescriptionThese photographs have been grouped together as they have either been transferred by staff from the University's Estates Office or have an estates or buildings focus. Photographs of University buildings and views of the campuses will also be found in other sections of UMP and in other parts of the University archive. The photographs relate primarily to the University Park Campus but some show the Sutton Bonington Campus and there are also images relating to the Jubilee Campus.
