Vellum on pasteboard, gold stamped with a single fillet along four borders of upper and lower covers, with an oblong panel enmarked by single fillet lines and a motif made up of an acorn with two leaves stamped on four outer corners of central panel; same gold-stamped decoration is on upper and lower covers; volume closes with two black metal clasps finely engraved with a flower and leaves ornament; spine is divided into eight panels, divided by gold stamped fillet lines; front and back pastedowns and flyleaves are of marble paper; volume is gold graphed.
