A copy of Wotton's poem on George Villiers, Duke of Buckingham, 'Dazled with the height of Place', accompanied by two versions in Latin, each verse of which follows on consecutively to left and right from the English text which is positioned down the centre of the folio.

The poem is endorsed 'Dazled etc.' on f 2v.
