Text consists of a dialogue of 22 lines in elegiac couplets, between Phormio (Mostyn) and Chremes 'exiturus' (Reynolds).
This is an epilogue specially written for Terence's Phormio performed at Westminster School, Dec. 1727.
The last line is taken from Martial, Epigrams 2.90.10.
