Text consists of 511 lines. The title on f 1 is followed by dedication to the Duke of Somerset and the quotation 'Sed non authore furoris Sublato cecidit rabies', with the note 'To be printed for Jacob. Tonson'.
Marginal notes at various points identify contemporary characters in their classical models, with a more extended note in different hand on f 7r.by contemporary
Endorsed on f 8v: 'Faction Display'd. 1702' but POAS dates poem as 1704.
