Text consists of 30 lines. This poem has been attributed to Fleetwood Sheppard possibly indicating that the dissemination of the poem is due to Sackville's steward.
Apparently unrelated 4-line Latin text (on the impossibility of keeping faith with two masters) is written on verso of f 2, which consists of only the lower quarter of the page, in fragile condition.
