Watermark: Foolscap with figure 4 and During Emblem - three rings - suspended under main form, 138 x 68 mm (Type B, f 2)

Watermark: Arms of Amsterdam, 120 x 84 mm (Type C, ff 3-15)

Plain dark blue half leather and buckram on paste board upper and lower covers; spine in dark blue leather; modern binder added one front and one back flyleaf (similar binding to Pw V 33).
