Two horizontal lines in red ink mark the end of each poem, with spiral effect drawings in black ink appearing below the lines at the end of the first three poems.

Double red lines appear around the four edges of the original front cover of the volume (p 1), with a further set of double lines drawn in red within these. There follows a title page listing in large capital letters and in red and black ink the titles of the four poems in the volume and also the title of a fifth poem 'A House on Fire', which is not present in the volume.
