| Content Description | The first piece of text states that the information in the volume was taken from 'the Kings evidences and Rolls, monumts, and Testaments'. Much of the information is to do with grants of land and title, and actions following the death of family members.
There is a family tree toward the middle of the volume. It shows names but few dates, beginning with William Brandon of Suffolk. This is complimented by various short trees, within the text, throughout the volume.
The contents are copies dating from the reigns of Edward III to Elizabeth I. Date on back flyleaf/ pastedown is Feb: 8th 1666/7. |
