Content Description	Thanks Portland for his letters of 5 and 8 Dec. [Pw D 21-22]; expects to be in Town after Christmas and suggests they meet up with the Dean and Chapter [of Winchester] to discuss the matter [the division of the Titchfield Estate]. States that Mr Burgh will order Mr [Gibert] Jackson to survey the Estate to enable them to decide whether the works at Hillhead are within the Manor of Bromwich [Brownwich].
