Lot A: Titchfield, Parva Funtley, Pegham, Sigenworth (Segensworth), Charque (Chark), Lee Britten (Lee Bruton), Lee Marcks, Mirables (Mirabel), Crofton, Newland, Sosbrooke, Locks, and Rowner; also the tithes of Titchfield, Barn Farm, Swanwick, Abshot, Bromwych (Brownwich), Wall Mead and Lower Marsh.

Lot B: Botley, Hall Court, Fairthorne, Becking and Ridge in Fairthorne, Barn Farm, Swanwick, Abshot, Hook Valence and Hook Mortimer, Bromwych (Brownwich), Knowle, Whipshode parsonage, Bear Forest, Dunwood, Longstock, and Everley.

Total value of Lot A is £93,963.12.4 and total value of Lot B is £77,699.14.6
