Asks that the recipient 'cover' his letters to him in order that he may be of service; assures the recipient that he had not forgotten him; says that nothing would have happened if there had not been more credit given to the 'violentest Whiggs than to the reasonable prayers and reasons of your humble servant'; says that the 'Gentlemen of England' have an opportunity to vindicate and restore themselves.
