Says that he has been to the Gatehouse on the order of Mr Secretary Harley in order to interview the debtor Mrs Sutton regarding Mr Fielding; states that Mrs Sutton told him she had heard a secret regarding 'affairs of state' and Mr Fielding which did not relate to the 'Queen's life'; says that Mrs Sutton refused to tell him to what the secret related but was willing to 'produce her author'.
